Special Occasions letters for congratulations

Special occasion letters could be on congratulating
the receiver on any special occasion in their life like a wedding anniversary,
the birth of a new baby, on completing an exam successfully, on getting a new
job or on anything which is reason for celebration and being happy. Sometimes
there could be sad reasons too like a bereavement which require a special letter
to be written with a lot of sympathy and condolence message in it so that the
sufferer can feel the pain of the person who is writing to them as something
genuine. Joyous occasions should also be written with heartfelt sincerity and
convey the writers joy to the reader.
Always take your time in editing your letters though
the writing may be done spontaneously to give the reader a feeling of a kind of
free flowing style which only comes when thoughts are put into words and
sentences and penned down immediately. Go over what you have written so that you
can give a more apt word in some place and change the sentence a bit to make it
sound better and add more meaning to what you had written
earlier.
Not editing your work can leave room for errors
which do not look good on paper and show that the writer is shoddy and without
much class in correcting the mistakes before sending the letter out. Do not show
yourself in a poor light especially when you are writing a letter for a special
occasion to someone special
